Verzehrempfehlung
Wir empfehlen einen bis maximal zwei Riegel pro Tag, da ein Proteinriegel nicht eine vollwertige und ausgewogene Ernährung ersetzt.
Der Tasty BAR liefert dir etwa 17 g hochwertiges Protein. Dennoch solltest du ggf. weiteres Protein konsumieren, um eine MPS aufzulösen. Beispielsweise isst du ihn nach dem Mittag oder Abendbrot.
Du kannst den Tasty BAR problemlos täglich essen und so oft du magst. Er kann jedoch bei übermäßigem Verzehr abführend wirken.
